Originally released in 1990 and last seen on September 30th of 2006, the Air Jordan 5 Grapes will release again in 2013. At that time they retailed for $135.00, but it is certain that they will definitely cost more in the upcoming year. The upper is made of white leather, while the rest of the sneaker has grape and green tones as contrasts. If you're wondering how the concept of the Grape came about, it was once rumored to be inspired by the World War II Mustang fighter plane. Not much more detail is provided about next year and this release, however, 2013 is Jordan Brand's 23rd Anniversary so it's probably safe to assume that 2013 will be a big year. The Air Jordan Retro 7 Raptor is probably the most hyped Air Jordan 7 since the Bordeaux. I've seen these in person, and I must admit, they are beautiful. The mostly black upper is made of nubuck and the neoprene tongue features the typical Air Jordan 7 multi-colors with the colors being white, black and dark charcoal. It has not been confirmed yet if this edition will have a different tongue design for each sneaker like the Bordeaux. Regardless, to most people, these are a must cop. True red and club purple add a little color to the branding, midsole and heel tab. Jordan's infamous number 23 is on the heel and the outsole is multi-colored to add even more color. Look for these this Saturday, September 1st.

People that don't understand the culture look at me crazy when they hear me say that sneakers are artwork. That is until they see a sneaker like the Air Jordan XI Bred. As a matter of fact, is there a sneaker comparable to the Air Jordan XI Bred? The Jordan XI itself is a favorite for many, but this OG Chicago Bulls, Black/Varsity Red-White colorway takes it to another level. This work of art is dropping in December. The Air Jordan 9 was the first Jordan to release after Michael Jordan retired. For that reason alone, many sneakerheads will not collect the Air Jordan 9. Maybe it's just the pictures, but this Air Jordan Retro 9 Photo Blue looks clean. It's being compared to the Air Jordan 9 Penny Hardaway Orlando Magic PE, and I must admit, it does look like a modern day version of it. The major differences are the blue stitching, leather panels and a white sole. Among other great releases late this year, these will drop on November 23rd at a retail price of $160.
